The mission of the Saint Michael Schola Cantorum is to form children, youth and adults for life-long praise of God, and for music ministry in our parish church.
This formation happens most fully in the context of the choir, where one learns to be both find one's voice within the community and to lose one's voice for the sake of the common good, spiritually lifting up one's heart, mind and voice while learning to unite heart and mind to the voice of the other.
We also offer several related workshops and classes throughout the year for singers and "not-yet-singers" alike in all sorts of related disciplines and topics.
